The flagship Premier League match for the weekend, as you would expect, has come out as a home win for Manchester Utd against Arsenal, however, with the amount of goals both teams are letting in at the moment, who can tell?
The Championship is starting to shape up and early leaders, Leicester, are tipped get one over Watford, whilst tonight's match has predicted an away win for Leeds against Brighton. This is also one of my top tips for the weekend. Also, will Ipswich's bad form continue with their new appointment?

The big game of the day ended up with the expected Manchester United victory, as predicted. Draws are very hard to predict, however, Fulham and Everton ended up sharing the spoils and Craven Cottage.
ReplyDeleteA shock win for Wigan at White Hart Lane and draws between Swansea/Chelsea and West Ham/Manchester City put a little spanner in the works. However, the early race for the Premier League is now hotting up as Manchester United were the clear beneficiaries of today's matches.
Turning to the Championship, the two teams with new managers, Ipswich and Crystal Palace, both got well needed wins for different reasons.
A couple of very good predictions in the European leagues were the highlights of yesterday evening. Firstly, I predicted Vitesse to win away at Ajax with massive odds of 6/1. Another game where the odds are based on reputation. Turning to France Ligue 1, Nice got the victory against Nancy at evens odds, whilst in the Spain Segunda the prediction of Xeres to beat a poor Hercules, which turned into a rout, paid off at odds of 15/4.
ReplyDeleteI said draws were hard come by but the match between QPR/Reading ended just that. However, with both teams having not chalked up a victory all season, a lot of people could've predicted that outcome. Liverpool/Newcastle was a funny one. I correctly predicted the draw but in my mind Liverpool have been really poor this season and I thought odds of 5/1 for a Newcastle victory was good value for money.
